Tropical Paradise Overnight Oats

ingredients


  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped banana
  • 1/4 cup chopped mango
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk (in the can)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
  • pinch of salt
  • top with: Toasted Coconut Blue Diamond Almonds & more coconut flakes

  1. Toast the oats on a baking sheet in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes (this is a bonus step, but makes the oats so much better!)
  2. Combine everything in a jar, shake it up, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with almonds and coconut flakes, and your oats are ready!
