Spinach and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Serves 2


  • 2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk

  1. In a blender, add the bananas, avocado, spinach, and almond milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and pour into bowls.
  3. Top with fruits, nuts, and seeds of your choice.
