  1. I don’t normally work out where there is a mirror, thus at home, so I’m rarely aware what I look like when I am working out. I do agree that these are really common mistakes and I will make sure to look for them next time I’m doing them. Form is probably the most important thing with working out but so many people do it wrong. I think that’s why people will feel pain when they’re doing it or don’t see results!
