Bitter Sweet Chocolate Brownies

Bitter Sweet Chocolate Brownies

- 1 2/3 cup unsalted butter
- 12 oz bitter sweet chocolate
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- Dash of Kosher salt
- 13X9 inch pan
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a large pot. Make sure the heat is low and that you stir constantly. If you don’t, the chocolate will burn.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla and sugar until combined.
- Measure the flour, cinnamon and salt into another bowl and whisk to combine.
- Once the chocolate mixture has melted, let it cool for a few minutes and then whisk in the egg mixture. Then, mix in the flour mixture. Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 mins.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
I need to give this recipe a go, they sound incredible!
