Elderberry Spring Cocktail

- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka

1 ounce (2 tablespoons) St Germain

½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh meyer lemon juice

4 ounces (½ cup) sparkling water
- Garnish: floral ice cubes with chamomile flowers and a sprig of mint
Instructions
- Add vodka, St Germain, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake. Pour over ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with mint.
