Elderberry Spring Cocktail

Serves 1

This elderberry cocktail was the showstopper at Ashleigh Amoroso's spring happy hour.

  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) St Germain

  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh meyer lemon juice

  • 4 ounces (½ cup) sparkling water

  • Garnish: floral ice cubes with chamomile flowers and a sprig of mint


  1. Add vodka, St Germain, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake. Pour over ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with mint.
