In a world of sweet potato toasts and flatbread tostadas, it seems health enthusiasts have forgotten about the humble rice cake. But for us working girls, there’s truly no mid-day snack or lunchtime solution easier than piling our favorite toppings onto a gluten-free, low calorie rice cake. Instead of a predictable swipe of peanut butter, we’ve been opting for more exciting, extra delicious flavor combos to take our rice cake game to the next level. Here are four combinations we can’t get enough of.
