Prosciutto Wrapped Melon

Prosciutto Wrapped Melon

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe or honeydew
  • look for a "Tuscan Melon" in stores right now!
  • 16 very thin slices of prosciutto
  • aged balsamic vinegar and radicchio leaves for garnish


Peel and slice the melon into wedges. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each melon wedge, then garnish with radicchio leaves and drizzle balsamic over, if desired.

    Wow, i love prosciutto and I love melon but never would I have thought to pair the two together. What an interesting combination!
