Ingredients
- 1 ripe cantaloupe or honeydew
- look for a "Tuscan Melon" in stores right now!
- 16 very thin slices of prosciutto
- aged balsamic vinegar and radicchio leaves for garnish
Instructions
Peel and slice the melon into wedges. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each melon wedge, then garnish with radicchio leaves and drizzle balsamic over, if desired.
