Intuitive Eating, a Reason to Vote, & Notes from the Weekend

Happy November, friends.

By Camille Styles

Hi my loves, hope you’re all having a great weekend. Wasn’t that extra hour of sleep this morning delicious? I woke up feeling that deep sense of real rest that my body had been craving after a really busy week. And to those of you who have children under the age of 5 (who undoubtedly woke you up at an ungodly hour), sending hugs.

First things first: if you haven’t voted yet, make a plan to vote Tuesday.

I truly believe this is the most important election of our lifetimes, and you owe it to your family, your friends, and yourself to make your voice heard. I squeezed in my early vote on the very last day (Friday) and it’s never felt so good.

Next: Happy November! I don’t know about you, but I am so ready to lean fully into cozy feels and burn spicy candles all day, make big pots of soup, and wrap up in my softest sweaters. So (spoiler alert) we’re gearing up for a very cozy November here on the site, with major Thanksgiving inspo coming at you. I’ve been cooking up a storm this week, working on some new Th’giving side dishes with a twist, and I’m very excited about it. I’d love to hear what y’all want to read about this holiday season, so drop a comment below to let me know. And did I mention – get out and vote on Tuesday?
