I love traveling for so many reasons, but one of the biggest is soaking in all of the interior design inspiration I’ve found at destinations around the globe. For that very reason, finding a hotel that is as cute as it is convenient is always high on my priority list.

And when I check in? I take it all in, mentally filing away a few ways I can bring that luxe hotel feeling back to my bedroom at home.

Scroll on for a few hotels that encapsulate drool-worthy design in four totally different ways. The hotel bedrooms here range from low-key cool to boho beautiful, and have key takeaways you can bring into your own home. I won’t deny that having some bold wallpaper and pretty architectural details (and maybe an outdoor shower, too) will help make your room feel even more like a hotel room, but you can bring the look of these rooms home with a few easier updates to your art and soft furniture. Now all you need is some room service.

The NoMad Hotel

The NoMad Hotel outposts in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas serve up design inspiration around every Instagrammable corner. This particular room in Downtown Los Angeles is no different—mixing masculine details with a vintage-feminine vibe. Even if you can’t splash out on a luxe leather headboard, you can get the look of this hotel bedroom by layering soft textures like creamy linen bedding with a deep indigo throw, and using some architectural sconces to frame a free-flowing gallery wall.

Bahama House

Bahama House on Harbour Island is the only hotel on this list I’ve had the pleasure of actually visiting, and let me tell you, everything about this place is pastel rattan heaven. Give your bedroom a bit of a Bahamas vibe by scouring your local flea market for vintage rattan accents (or, you know, go all-in with a gorgeous rattan bed frame) and botanical illustrations. Then, layer up some palm-leaf print and blush pink textiles, and you’ll feel like you’re back on island time.

Soho House Mumbai

It’s no surprise why everyone and their mother seems to have a Soho House membership. Beyond the chic places to work and socialize, the club’s hotels are some of the prettiest we’ve seen. I’m a particular fan of the new Mumbai property, where the hotel bedrooms offer up a pared-back boho look. Replicate it at home with block-print bedding, textured lamp shades, and ornate night stands.

Artist Residence London

Though the chic U.K.-based hotel chain Artist Residence will make you wish your home had Victorian-era brick fireplaces and crown molding, you can achieve the look of the hotel bedrooms at the London outpost even if you don’t live in a heritage property. Achieve this casual-cool vibe by mixing vintage-inspired furniture (extra points if you go for a four-poster bed) and rustic textures with muted shades of blue and pop art prints.
