Hope I don’t upset anyone when I say that I have no idea which teams are playing in the Super Bowl this year (and I actually had to google the date. Oops!) While I admit that the commercials and half-time performances are more up my alley than the game itself, the real touch-down for me is the yummy eats. For most of us, healthy habits aren’t exactly top of mind on game day, but this year I’m determined to make some dishes that feel festive without the guilt. In an effort to get a head start on the menu planning, we’ve rounded up the healthiest flavor-packed game day eats that are simple to make in large batches for groups. Here’s to a happy and healthy-ish Super Bowl!
Mango Chipotle Guacamole
Chicken Chili / Vegetarian Chili
Caramel Corn
Sriracha Honey Grilled Shrimp
Taco Salad Bites
Healthy No Bake Key Lime Pie
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings
Maple Roasted Nuts with Mixed Herbs

Deviled Eggs with Brisket and Herbs
Healthy Nachos
Chocolate Covered Pretzels with Sea Salt, Coconut, and Pumpkin Seeds
Roasted Shishito Peppers

I think the mango guacamole has to be my favourite of this bunch, but they all look great!

These look tasty but most not what I would consider “healthy” and none are truly “clean”
