Some of my favorite childhood memories involve coming home from school and immediately being welcomed by the comforting scent of a slow-cooked meal. That said, crockpot recipes get a bad rap. Perhaps it’s because they seem too easy to possibly be good? Or some other reason I just can’t think of because they are objectively amazing.
