Is it any coincidence that New Years resolutions happen right about the time that I can barely look at another cheese board or glass of champagne without feeling a little queasy? After nearly a month of revelry, I am so ready to savor some lighter, cleaner meals that put vegetables front and center, and my goal for January is to cook (and eat) as many dinners at home as possible. To get inspired, I rounded up my favorite super healthy dinner ideas that’ll help keep your resolutions on track without sacrificing flavor — and I posted links to all the recipes below. (Hint: all the soup recipes freeze so well, so make a double batch and seal the leftovers in the freezer for those nights when you don’t have time to cook.)

I’d love to hear what you’re making this month – leave a comment with your best healthy meal ideas since we all need some extra “what’s for dinner” inspiration!
