Winter Salad

2 cups Fresh Spring Mix
2 cups Fresh Spinach
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/8 cup Slivered Almonds
Goat Cheese (crumbled to desired amount)


  1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl, crumbling goat cheese on top.
  2. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to lightly coat the greens.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
